2016 is the Year for Super High Skyscrapers

Construction taking place high above Melbourne.

As numerous reports have indicated there are a record number of skyscrapers on the books to be built this year.

According to a post on Dezeen.com 2016 is going to be the year of the skyscraper.

Most recently we heard that 110 skyscrapers over 100 metres had been planned for Melbourne, making it the city with the highest skyline in Australia, but internationally megatall skyscrapers are the latest building trend with each nation looking to outdo the next.

Over the next five years the number of skyscrapers over 600 metres is going to rise from three to seven. Would you like to work on one of these iconic buildings?
