Building approvals nationally have rebounded in July, following the June slump. Building approvals rose by 4.2 per cent nationally and NSW showed the biggest improvement with 6,824 approvals recorded.
NSW approvals rose 27.1 per cent over the month and 68 per cent for the year and housing prices in the state also rose.
In an article on Abc.net.au The CoreLogic RP Data survey which found house prices rose 0.3 per cent nationally in August was detailed. July recorded a 2.8 per cent increase.
