Building Manager Arrested over Threats to Union Organiser

A construction company manager was recently arrested and charged after allegedly threatening to track down and attack a union safety organiser and her family.

The site manager was arrested at a Melbourne building company after threatening a 26 year old female Trades Hall employee over email.

The employee received an email threatening her and her family using vulgar language and saying that it was her “first and final warning”.

A criminal charge was laid against the site manager who has been released on bail.
