Examining The Effectiveness of Work Wellness Programs

Do work wellness programs really have long lasting effects or are they simply a temporary fix?

According to a post I read recently on Abc.net.au properly designed wellness programs have been proven to deliver signficant benefits. In fact according to studies the average rate of return for well designed programs are between 2:1 and 5:1 for every dollar spent.

The 2014 Buck Consultants report revealed that around 47 per cent of companies in Australia offered some or the other health promotion to employees but only half had measured, specific outcomes.
