The ACT government has approved the first high rise residential development in Gungahlin which will transform the suburbs skyline with 3 new buildings.

The tallest of the 3 towers will reach 70 metres, with the approval just days before the a 23 metre height limit comes into effect for all new structures in Gungahlin on November 30.

Despite the approval, construction will have to wait until the territory’s water authority approves a plan to improve sewerage on the site.
