Public transit solutions have become the way of the future and even here at home we can already see these plans for a shift from private transport to more public transport with the construction of new light rail systems etc.

An interesting post on Sourceable.net discusses these public transit solutions for cities of the future particularly in high density societies where high population density and pollution are concerns. This will also present more job opportunities for people in the construction sector.
