Irish Workers Killed in Perth

According to a charity that brings home the bodies of people who die away from home, 5 Irish people have died in WA in the last week.

This week 2 Northern Irish men were killed when a concrete slab fell on them at a building site in Perth.

Tributes have been pouring in for the 2 men Joseph McDermott of Omagh, County Tyrone, and Gerard Bradley from near Macosquin, County Londonderry.

According to reports the concrete slab was being lifted by a crane when it fell. The 2 men were on the construction site beneath and were crushed by the slab.
