Lock Up Over the Holidays, Police Warn Builders

Victoria. Police in Melton are warning people to lock up during the lead up to Christmas following a spate of robberies.

Police say residential properties aren’t the only premises at risk. There have been an alarming number of burgluries on construction sites as well.

People are being urged to ensured vehicles are locked and properties are secured. Make sure your valuables including tools are in a safe or somewhere hidden.Tradies should remove their tools completely when leaving the construction site.
