Man Airlifted to Hospital After Fall

bunaberg hospDo you treat work from heights with the adequate caution and controls? An incident that happened on a construction site in Rosedale north of Bundaberg recently highlights the importance of work from height safety.

Even work from perceived “low” heights should be treated with the same care, as this incident proves. The worker in this instance fell just 2 metres but suffered serious head and spinal injuries.

The man had to be stabilised at the scene before being airlifted to Bundaberg Base Hospital for further treatment.
