Man Falls off Ladder While Carrying Chainsaw

A man in his sixties was rushed to hospital for treatment of a broken hip after he fell off a ladder while carrying a chainsaw at a property west of Maryborough.

The man fell to the ground while working in the garden, thankfully the chainsaw fell away from him and didn’t cause any additional injuries.

He was treated onsite and taken to Biggenden Hospital for further treatment.

He travelled to hospital by helicopter in a stable condition.
