More Changes to Construction Industry Regulation Expected

Last year there were a number of changes implemented in Victoria relating to law in the building and construction industry.

There are now more changes going through the parliamentary process in bill form. Although their content could change, it’s important to understand them as they may affect your role.

The first relates to builder practitioner registration, now allowing corporations to be eligible to be registered as a practitioner.
