Nishi Incident Highlights Why You Should Never Refuse Young Workers Help

The company responsible for the construction accident which result in a 22 year old worker injuring his back after falling into a 5 metre deep void has been charged $270,000.

The young worker was refused help and sent to work alone near the pit on a Nishi construction site. The young  man fractured his back and ribs in the fall.
