Subcontractor Bullying Tackled in SA Government Move

Proposed changes to the law would prohibit principal or head contractors in South Australia from attempting to threaten or intimidate subcontractors who are seeking payment for their work.

The changes proposed by the state government would allow for head contractors or principal contractors to be fined or jailed if found guilty.
