I recently came across an interesting post on Lifehacker.com.au that discussed the real reason workers leave. While most workers may say it’s because of the job or environment, ultimately workers leave bosses not jobs.

Most workers are made miserable by people they don’t get along with, usually someone in authority over them.

A high attrition rate in your company may be as a result of unhappy co-workers due to a member of management.
