Vic Man Crushed in Workplace Accident

A Victorian man was crushed by a tree in the central part of the state recently.

According to reports the 60 year old man was killed when the tree which had been felled, rolled onto him and trapped him. He died at the scene.

The police are investigating the incident, but it is a tragic reminder about the importance of workplace health and safety.

This year there have been 15 workers killed on work sites and numerous others injured. Let’s ensure we don’t become one of the statistics.
