Changes to The ACT Rules for Handling Asbestos in Construction

Builders in The ACT should be aware that the ruling prohibiting them from handling asbestos has been partially rescinded by the state government.

The rule that came into effect at the beginning of the year demanded that only licensed asbestos removalists handle asbestos, this is no longer the case.
