Queensland Job Hunters Follow Major Construction Projects South

The decline in Central Queensland’s major construction projects may have driven a number of workers from the region into the state’s booming south-east for work.

 

Apparently South-east Queensland accounts for most of the state’s construction work, and an upswing is expected between 2016 and 2018.

Many workers are expected to go to the Sunshine and Gold coasts and Brisbane where construction work in booming, especially residential construction.
