Worker Killed in Cherry Picker Incident in Queensland

An accident involving a cherry picker in South East Queensland has claimed the life of a man at a construction site in Yatala.

Paramedics were called to the site but were unable to save the twenty something year old man, who is believed to have been operating the cherry picker at the time.

All attempts to revive the injured worker were unsuccessful and he died at the scene.

Workplace Health and Safety are investigating.

Construction Worker Fatally Injured in Incident Involving Cherry Picker

A worker has been killed in a workplace incident in South East Queensland at a construction site.

The man was working with a cherry picker at the time.

Paramedics were called to the construction site where they found the injured man in his twenties.They attempted to revive him but were unsuccessful, he was pronounced dead shortly after.

The incident is being investigated by Workplace Health and Safety.
