Knowing The Law is Almost As Important as Abiding By It

The law behind construction incidents is extremely important to know because there is the chance that you could be in trouble for not knowing it – as you will want to understand the full repercussions for some actions. If you feel like you would like to know more about construction incident law, have a look at this video, and this site. If there is the chance that you can avoid a court hearing because you know your law, always take it!

But it is more important to stay safe on the construction site, as legal action is only ever taken on misconduct in the work place. This is what the white card course does, it allows you to work in a safer environment where you and other workers know how to construct safely, and efficiently.
